Apex HQ LLC collects the information you choose to send us — a name, phone number, email address, or message submitted through the contact form, by phone, or by email. We use it to respond to you and to do the work you ask us to do. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone except as required to deliver the services you request or as required by law.
This site uses the Meta (Facebook) pixel to record that a page was viewed and that the contact form was submitted, so we can tell which of our ads brought someone here. It does not receive the contents of the form — not your name, phone number, email, or message. The submission is also reported from our server as well as from your browser, so the count stays accurate when a content blocker stops the browser tag; that report carries the same limited information and still no form contents. Meta may use what it receives to show you our ads elsewhere. You can limit that in your Meta account ad settings, or block it with any standard content blocker; the site and the form work normally either way.
We also use Vercel Web Analytics to count page visits. It is cookieless, does not follow you between websites, and does not identify you.
Standard server logs (IP address, pages requested, time) may be kept by our hosting provider for security and reliability.
Apex HQ LLC sends SMS text messages to the businesses we work for — contractors who have engaged us to run their advertising. When an advertising campaign we manage produces a new customer enquiry for a client, we text that client the enquiry details so they can respond quickly. These messages go only to the business owner or their nominated contact, never to members of the public.
A client opts in by sending us a confirming text message from the mobile number they want notifications on. We do not collect mobile numbers for text messaging from any web form, purchased list, or third party.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with anyone. Mobile information may be disclosed only to subcontractors that support the delivery of the service itself, such as our messaging provider, and only for that purpose.
Message frequency varies with how many enquiries a client receives — typically a few messages per week. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to end messages, or HELP for assistance. Opting out of text messages does not affect any other part of the service.
