These terms cover the use of this website and the services Apex HQ LLC provides, including our text message notification service. Apex HQ LLC is an Oregon limited liability company.
Apex HQ LLC plans and manages online advertising for a small number of contracting businesses. We build and run advertising campaigns on behalf of each client, under a written engagement with that client, and we report the results to them. Services are provided on the terms agreed with each client individually.
Who receives messages. Our text message service is used solely to notify our own business clients — the contractors who have engaged Apex HQ LLC — about activity in their own advertising accounts, such as a new enquiry from one of their customers. Messages are sent only to the business owner or a contact they nominate. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages, and we do not send text messages to consumers or to any member of the public.
How a client opts in. A client opts in by sending a confirming text message to us from the mobile number they want notifications on. Consent is given directly by that client for their own business, and is not bundled into any other agreement. We do not obtain mobile numbers for messaging from web forms, purchased lists, affiliates, or any third party.
Message frequency. Frequency varies with the client's own enquiry volume — typically a few messages per week.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Apex HQ LLC does not charge for the notifications themselves.
Stopping messages. Reply STOP at any time to end messages immediately. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact apexhq@apexhq.online. Opting out of text messages does not affect any other part of the service we provide.
Your information. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with anyone. Mobile information may be disclosed only to providers that deliver the service itself, such as our messaging carrier, and only for that purpose. See our privacy policy.
Delivery. Message delivery depends on the recipient's mobile carrier and network. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
The content of this site is provided for information. We may change or withdraw it at any time. You may not use this site to attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or collect information about other users.
We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, Apex HQ LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.
